OAKVILLE, ON — After the successful release of Marian Small’s Open Questions for the Three-Part Lesson: Number Sense and Numeration (Ontario, K–8) comes the newly created Open Questions for Rich Math Lessons (WNCP, K–9).

Marian Small’s essential collection is now available to teachers across Canada, and each of the three books (K–3, 4–6, and 7–9) centres around outcomes from the WNCP Common Curriculum Framework for K–9 Mathematics. These teacher resource books use a highly visual format to present easy-to-use questions with sample responses for all parts of problem-solving lessons. These resources can be used on their own or as a supplement to a core program such as MathUP.

Series Editor Marian Small is a long-time mathematics educator and sought-after national and international speaker on K–12 math. She is also considered one of the most influential math educators in Canada. She has authored and co-authored more than 85 math books and resources, including the Open Questions books and MathUP.
